A small team, a considered catalogue.
The working principles behind the everyday practicals — delivery, returns, checkout and support.
• Independent UK retailer — elitrova.shop is run directly by the people who choose the range and answer your emails — not resold through a marketplace.
• Built to last — We focus on garden sheds, fire pits, heaters and ovens designed for genuine outdoor use, not flimsy equipment.
• Honest pricing — Prices are shown in GBP as the final amount payable. No surprise fees, no shipping added at checkout.
• Carefully packed — Every order is checked and securely packaged before dispatch from our UK fulfilment location.
• Detailed product pages — Specifications, certifications and warranty details are shown on each product page for reference.
• Answered by a real person — Emails are handled by the same small UK-based team, usually within one working day.
Clear prices. Trusted ways to pay.
All card payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). Prices are shown in GBP as final prices — the amount you see on the product page is the amount you pay at checkout, with free UK delivery included.
