1. When will I receive my order?
All orders from elitrova.shop will be dispatched within 24 hours. Domestic deliveries will be delivered between 2–4 business days after shipping.
2. How do I track my order?
The tracking link can be accessed from the shipping confirmation email you received, or you can enter your order number at “Order Status” on our website.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We currently don’t accept prepaid gift cards.
4. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
5. What’s your return policy?
The return period for unused items with original packaging is 30 days. For return authorization, email support@elitrova.shop.
6. How do I exchange an item?
We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
7. Do gas fire pits come with a gas bottle?
No – gas bottles are sold separately. Most gas fire pit tables include the hose and regulator; check the “In the box” list on each product page.
