The HEAT Bakka is a complete wood-fired cooking station: an 80 cm rusty-steel fire bowl topped with a 6 mm stainless-steel plancha griddle and a grill grate, standing on a sturdy 60 × 60 cm base with built-in log storage. The thick griddle holds its temperature for even cooking, from steaks and burgers to fish and vegetables.
